The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very helpful it arrived quickly once requested. The room included a full kitchen, and that was a nice surprise. The lobby and common areas looked clean. All the staff I encountered were super nice.
The pillows provided in the room were too high for my liking.

The room was very clean, and I appreciated the extra space the sliding doors provided for the bedroom. I found the lounge and hotel bar to be quite nice. I also appreciated that parking could be arranged for the duration of my vacation. The shuttle service to the airport was good. It made getting to my flight simple.
The lighting in the kitchenette was not very good. I found it difficult to see when preparing snacks.

My room included a chromecast on the tv. I easily cast youtube from my phone. the hotel had many restaurants nearby, providing lots of dining options. a free airport shuttle was available when i asked the reception. i found the family suite spacious, which worked well for my needs.
The lobby bar was very busy. It made getting a quick coffee a little challenging, though the manager was very helpful.

The room was spacious and had everything i needed. the reception staff was always friendly and helpful. I could not have wished for better. staff at the location, whether cleaners or otherwise, were always pleasant.
The pool area was closed. It was a bit of a disappointment as i had looked forward to using it.

The key card stopped working multiple times. I had to go to the lobby repeatedly. i had to wait behind long reception lines. one employee was rude after i asked to slip in the queue after a long travel day.
